Inspection and replacement of spark plugs

1. Remove the spark plug cap and remove surrounding debris;
2. Use the spark plug socket wrench provided with the vehicle to remove the spark plug;
3. Use an iron chisel to remove carbon deposits from the spark plug, and use a brush to remove debris from the spark plug;
4. Check whether the spark plug electrode is ablated, and if there is ablation, replace the spark plug;
5. Check the spark plug gap with a feeler gauge and adjust the spark plug gap to 0.6-0.7mm;
6. Check the sealing gasket on the spark plug and replace it if it is severely deformed or cracked;
7. Spark inspection: Start the engine with your foot and check the spark color. The spark should be blue and white;
8. When tightening the spark plug, in order to prevent the threads from being disordered, first screw the spark plug in place by hand, and then tighten it with a spark plug sleeve.
